These terms cover use of the DeliIQ tracker, admin, POS, reporting, catalog, pricing, support, and billing services.
The tenant owns its raw store records. DeliIQ may store, process, sync, analyze, and use tenant data to provide and support DeliIQ features. DeliIQ does not sell individual store records.
The free tracker is the default phone experience. Admin, POS, AI Bookkeeper, and Cameras are paid or future add-on surfaces and may require separate activation, terms, or policies.
Use DeliIQ only for lawful store operations. Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, bypass billing or entitlement gates, or upload content you do not have rights to use.
Paid package pricing may be provisional during rollout. Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation flows when paid plans are enabled.
